Now feeling pressured to get both my job done and the other job. Management ( family and friends) never helped out. Everytime someone called in or if we were understaffed ( ALWAYS) that persons work was giving to other employees. I received enough experience after working at this company in multiple positions training myself ( after being thrown out to the wolves) to land me a GREAT job with a different company. This company is mostly ran by family and friends and if you're not one of them when you're no longer able to work multiple shifts at anytime you will be forced to quit or they WILL FIND away to fire you according to their.LOL policy. It's my understanding as with most jobs there are some fair family members and friends (employees/managers) and some not so fair. Also some of their made up rules caused this company to loss alot of skilled and valuable employees. This company is ALWAYS UNDER STAFFED causing others to have to work multiple positions for long periods of time but not accommodated for this nor a pay increase.
